New Home Construction
We work closely with our clients to create a custom home design that will meet their lifestyle and their preferences, and this includes some of the earliest steps in the process such as architectural and design choices, material selection, building techniques etc. We also discuss different timelines and budgets.
We assist our clients in finding the perfect site for their new home, as well as preparing the site for construction. This may include assesing what lots are suitable for construction, clearing the land, grading the site, and obtaining any necessary permits and approvals.
At EJM Custom Homes, we coordinate all aspects of the building process, from pouring the foundation to framing, roofing, and finishing the interior and exterior of the home. We always make sure that regular inspections are conducted to ensure that everything is built to code and meeting the highest quality standards.
We oversee the entire building project, including hiring and managing subcontractors, developing a detailed construction schedule, ensuring quality control through inspection and adjustments, managing costs and maintaining open communication with our clients by providing regular updates and guidance.
